PSP & UMD are the abbreviated forms of PlayStation Portable and Universal Media Disc, respectively. UMD discs are storage mediums, primarily meant for storing PSP games. However, the application can also be used for holding audio-video content like motion pictures and TV shows. Many TV titles like 'The Office' are also available on the UMD.
